BRANDON ANDERSON
Brandon Anderson’s family history runs deep in racing from fellow racers, crew chiefs and crew members he was destined to be part of racing in some way. At just 5 years old he wanted to get behind the wheel of a go-kart and without hesitation his family supported him. After two successful seasons in road course karting competition, Brandon made the transition to dirt tracks. Anderson and his team ascended through the Jr. and Micro sprint ranks collecting over forty wins and countless podium finishes.
At just 13, Brandon took a step towards again climbing the racing ladder and strapped into a 305-sprint car. The Anderson family took a season away from racing amidst a move from Houston to Tulsa. In 2018, after a year of competing at Port City Raceway in the outlaw division, they were ready to start the journey of a family-owned sprint car operation. During their first season in 2019, they racked up a handful of wins and multiple consistent finishes racing against the toughest 305 competitors in the country. Brandon felt as if he was ready to make the move to a 360-sprint car in 2020. Amidst COVID-19 and a nationwide lockdown plaguing racing in California and most of the country, everyone migrated to race in the Midwest. This brought even more intense competition to his division in his rookie season wheeling a 360-sprint car. It was a tough season, but the learning curve proved to form him into a faster paced and smarter race car driver, capping the season off with some podium and top 5 finishes. The 2021 season was by far the most consistent. They rounded the year off with 3 wins, 10 podiums, 18 top fives, and 23 top tens in 35 features and finished second in overall ASCS Sooner Region points. The team went full time on the road with the Lucas Oil American Sprint Car Series National division for the 2022 season. They wrapped up the year with 3 wins, 26 top fives, and 26 top 10 finishes. The 2023 season Anderson again ran full time on the National tour, capping off the year with 1 win, 10 top 5’s, and 26 top 10’s and a 5th place finish in ASCS National points. For the 2024 season the team plans to run full time once again with the ASCS National Series Tour and pick up races in between.
